The Real Deal When It Comes to Negros. Sunday, April 13, 2008. San Carlos City: Nabatang Peak Mountain Resort. I have been to Nabatang Peak twice and the beauty of the place never ceases to amaze me. This cozy mountain getaway gets you back to basics. The resort has no electricity during the day, they only use a generator at night from 6pm-6am but to be honest, you won't really need it. This place was made to relax and that's what you should do. My favorite would be their chicken tinola.
