I think I mentioned that at this stage I really need to start adding in physical activity or I am not going to see weight loss very much longer, and I am "not" going to starve myself, because by now we all know what happens when we starve ourselves right? Loss of muscle mass. Cannot maintain weight loss when you go back to eating, and worst of all. You gain even more weight because your body thinks there is a famine and wants to save you from it! So exercise it is! So here I am.
