Carlito in the City. Carlito's Adventures In And Around The City of Angels. Natural History Museum at Exposition Park (Part 1 of 3). Posted in: Los Angeles. Last Saturday, I went to Natural History Museum of Los Angeles. With a friend. We were there for over two hours, so there were a lot of photos. The original 1913 building and former main entrance). First, we visited the Dino Hall, with a mamenchisaurus fossil that dwarfs everything in the room. Surprisingly, it extended into a second room. Has served...

The seats and the ticket booth had been torn out years ago, and last we heard the auditorium was full. THINGS OF THE PAST. October 30, 2014.

Big Orange Landmarks: No. 225 - Los Angeles Theatre
http://bigorangelandmarks.blogspot.com/2009/03/no-225-los-angeles-theatre.html
Exploring the Landmarks of Los Angeles, One Monument at a Time. Sunday, March 22, 2009. No 225 - Los Angeles Theatre. 1931 – S. Charles Lee. 615 South Broadway – map. What perfect timing. Just as I was wondering if I’d have the chance to get inside the Los Angeles Theatre. In time for this entry, the Los Angeles Historic Theatre Foundation. Announced they’d be having their March meeting/tour at the landmark just in time to coincide with my post about it. Thanks, LAHTF. In 1930, movie mogul William Fox.
