I was able to go back and see little Zeddidiah and his mother Feebe at Maseno hospital again. (I first introduced you to them in one of my previous blogs: Saturday, June 12, 2010). As a reminder. Friday, June 4, 2010. June 4, 3:30am. Leaving for Kisumu. It's 3:30 AM on Friday and I will be leaving my home in an hour to head to Christ Community Church to get a few things done before the team arrives (at 5:30 AM). Then, Roger will load us up in the church van, drive us to the Sacramento airport and we will be off and running! Well sitting actually. for the next 26 hours (if there are no delays) on flights that will take us from Sacramento to Dallas, then on to London, then on to Nairobi, Kenya.

On one day, they went to the local market's flower department for a tour and a tutor of how to arrange flowers in a vase. After that, we walked a few doors over to the pet store. Caitlin is going into kindergarten and she isn't happy about it either! She would rather stay home and be taught by her mommy. I think that idea would be old within a week. But the thing that touched my heart that morning was their excitement they had for their sisters to open the gifts that they picked out for them.
