Aiken is really feeling the chill, not as bad as some colder areas of the country, but this week it certainly doesn't feel much like the South! The tree limb's are bare, much of the countryside's beautiful rolling pastures have that winter "brown" look and it seems that the best place to spot green is on Aiken's golf courses. The 7th annual event, the 3rd in Aiken's Triple Crown, known as "Pacers and Polo" is set for this coming Saturday, March 27th, at Powderhouse Field. Proceeds from the game support the USC Aiken Pacer Club which is the booster organization of the athletic department.
