I weighed in at 130 pre-baby #3. 171 {yes 41 lbs} the day before delivery and 170 on a 5 days post partum visit. Yep. Lost ONE whole freakin pound! But here I stand today.145 {on a good day}. So I searched, where else, pinterest! I came across these Caramel Pecan Rolls. So I gave them a try.and they came out pretty good! Like me actually, maybe having time to blog! So first you need a dough. You can use a frozen bread dough if you want. Or your own roll recipe. I just used this Yeast Bread. 1 package dry yeast.

And I will be in a better mood after :) don't you love how exercise can do that? I have a few addictions. Chocolate is one, working out might be another.hmmmm. Ok, maybe not.
