It still feels taboo to be actually writing things that anyone could find and read. I remember what it was like being a sensitive soul as a child, traumatized and judged within an inch of breathing. and I just do not want to put myself out there and risk a replay of that scenario. The fear is still there. But not as much as it used to be.

Some days like today, it is like a thick fog ties me down, and thoughts and words come slowly. I feel drugged and physically exhausted. This is when I need to have a banner in my living room right above the couch where I can see it. It would say, "This is just a phase.". A phase. I can make it through a phase! This is just a phase!
