The Lancaster Homeowners Association was established in October of 2004. You can find Lancaster off of Heydenreich Road between 21 Mile road and 22 Mile road. Our subdivision is comprised of approximately 250 families. The Board of Directors consists of five volunteers - all of us neighbors in this beautiful community!

WINTER REMINDERS: We have to pay someone to push the snow out of the streets - please don't push your driveway or walkway snow into the road! Move your cars parked in the road onto your driveway -there are some areas that are so tight that the snowplow cannot get through.
