Once the meat has finished marinated, put about cup flour on a plate. Salt and pepper each side of ribletts. Then coat each piece in the flour. Fry the ribs till both sides are done (an internal temp of 160o), place in warm oven till you are ready to serve. Serve meat on top of bed of wilted spinach and Cauliflower risotto. Fennel Puree →.
