Aug 9, 2009. Today we took the kids to the annual Fox Island Community Fair. It was pretty small but it was perfect for the time we had before I had to be at work. The kids each got to ride the pony and get their faces painted.Oh the fun times! Ashley chose a rainbow. Mar 25, 2009. My last update from ND! We rented our moving truck on Monday. We got the 26 foot truck (I have to admit I thought that it was quite excessive.) but Mike and all the sites I googled said it was better to go bigger than smaller. Well they were right! Yesterday we spent our day by:. 1 scooping poop since the snow all melted. 2 cleaning the garage. 3 cleaning the bedrooms. 4 collecting straggling items for packing. 5 cleaning the stove. Sep 1, 2010. All ready for kindergarten. The kids were up at 6AM, so darn excited to go to school. Poor Benny didn't realize that he didn't get to go also. Poor guy! But Ashley was just giddy! My beautiful big girl! Outside the school. Just rearing to go in! She is in the K/1st grade split class. I wasn't quite sure about it, but I think she will do great. Sep 16, 2009. So I decided to try couponing a bit more seriously this last shopping trip. I decided to try this and to see how well I could do. With Mike (hopefully) starting back to work our budget is going to be tight so cutting our food budget down would be great! Feb 1, 2010. 3 months, wow. Wow, it's really been 3 months since I have blogged.That is just insane. But with Mike and I both working full-time and opposite schedules and lugging kids to and from grandma's, school, and home.blogging has sadly gotten pushed aside. But here I am.with some updates. Oct 24, 2009. Okay so my New Years Resolution for this year was to read 100 books. I have been working on it but am not quite as far as I was hoping to be. But all in all I have hit the 50 book mark! It is a huge thrill for me as I don't think I have ever come close to reading that many books in a single year.Right now I am currently reading 2 books so hopefully I can pick up the pace so I can make it closer to reaching my goal.
