Tuesday, October 5, 2010. October - 6 months old. Landry hasn't been here in almost 2 week so will spend this entire week reviewing where we are. Can use Go to Mat to call him to settle out of play with Lily. Had to remind him that he's not allowed on furniture here but he remembered quickly. ZERO tolerance for jumping up on me. ZERO tolerance for "defying" the Come cue (little bugger). We have begun lots of variations of Come, especially when Lily is free because she has an immediate and fast recall.

Wednesday, September 15, 2010. What an interesting day! We're working more on coming out of play with Lily and settling down enough to listen to his brain. It's a good exercise for both dogs. Sometime in the last two days, both Lily and Shayla have had a "meeting of the minds" with Landry and have taught him to respect them when they tell him that enough is enough. This afternoon she decided to find all of the places inside and outside the house where she could use the cue "Go Lie Down" to have Lily go under or in things. See her report below. A Personal Training Journey. Tuesday, August 25, 2015. I didn't feel like walking Lucy tonight so inspired by. We did scent work instead. Trial 1: I placed the scent on the top of a storm drain pipe opening and cued the search about 30 feet away.
