The Sennen Seine Fishery. Fishing, and thus supply themselves, and hopefully have a surplus which they could sell to their neighbours. They preserved the fish by salting or drying. The photo is of salt being delivered to a Cellar in Sennen. One half of the salt that was used could be used again the following season.
