Tuesday, November 5, 2013. A few weeks ago, we took a day off to spend some time as a family. The boys and I went to a local zoo for rescued animals. Not very big, but perfect size for our family with a short attention span. The tigers and mountain lions were our favorite. After lunch, we picked up Dad from work and went to the pumpkin patch. Tuesday, April 22, 2014. Egg dying was fascinating for about 5 minutes and held their attention for maybe an additional minute or two.and then they all ran away to jump on the trampoline. Good thing I didn't boil that many eggs! My literary self is a little ashamed to admit we did not own this book until now. She did fabulous for all of our church meetings. Car ride home. Monday, September 30, 2013. Tyler is loving his first year of soccer. Go Alligators! It's "bunch ball" but it's still fun to watch them play and have a good time. I think Tyler enjoys sitting down on the sidelines with his friends, laughing and squirting water at each other just as much as playing on the field. For a five year old, that's about right I think. Sunday, June 15, 2014. Grandma and Grandpa Christensen. My mom made Ruby's blessing dress out of her wedding dress.
