It's all in the name. Monday, April 27, 2015. January - Farm Life. Although there are not nearly as many outside chores to be done on the farm in the winter, we still keep at it. This January, we had the pastures brush-hogged, we worked on clearing fencelines, I began my chain-sawing career, and we took Rudolph the Big Red Steer to the butcher. So, when you hear a gunshot in the middle of the night, and its not a gang fight cuz there are no gangs. then you hear lots of laughing the next day and look out the window and see the guys scaring the dogs with the dead caracal. then you know you live in the bush!
