The next 6-week session will meet twice a week and cover basic tai chi and qigong exercises. New students can join at any time and the fee will be pro-rated. Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays. From 7:30 am to 8:30 am. Session runs July 21 to August 27. You can make up classes by attending any of Jing Yings Tai Chi for Health and Wellness or Tai Chi for Chronic Conditions classes. The only classes not available for make-up are the Comprehensive Tai Chi classes, which are by invitation only.
