Sunday, July 19, 2015. Too Subtle for Me . Christina's Crown Mostly Dry. Apparently I did not add enough liquid Ultramarine Blue to my gel/water mixture. It is nice and glassy and transparent, but barely has a color shift from the background. I liked the light blue a lot, so maybe I will go over this with Iridescent Pearl liquid acrylic. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. This is an attempt to corral self-leveling gel by putting lines of clear tar gel down first, and it is probably failing. It will most likely end up as a fairly round puddle, which will then become a circle of clear acrylic. I will be able to use it, but the concentric circle idea needs work. Sunday, March 29, 2015.
