Preserving Shore Based Diving in Langley, WA. Welcome to the Save Langley Diving blog. The tire reef located just outside the creosote piling walls of the Langley Marina, on Whidbey Island, has been a popular Puget Sound dive site ever since the floating tire breakwater sank in the late 1970s.
