There were a series of Taiwanese restaurants in the area but we decided on one called "The Tastiest Food at Sun Moon Lake".seemed like a good choice. My sister worked her way through the menu and we ended up having an excellent meal! The temple itself was really beautiful as well! You are all amazing! Friday, April 9, 2010. Getting back into the swing of things. It has been far too long to be able to come up with any reasonable excuses for not having updated in a very long time. When I try to think back to what I've been doing, all I can think of is that I've been working and training, and a few volunteer opportunities.and I'm not really sure where the time has gone! Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Another goal reached - THANK YOU! I know I've said it before, but I really cannot express how blown away I am by the incredibly generous donations that have been made toward my Ride to Conquer Cancer. I can hardly believe it, but the donations have now passed my second goal of $5,000! Thank you, thank you, thank you! In leaving off this short post, I leave you with a fantastic video showing some amazing cycling skills - just don't expect me to pulling any of these tricks off!
