Take the Fauntleroy/West Seattle ferry from Fauntleroy/West Seattle to Southworth (this ferry may stop at Vashon island before landing at Southworth) and turn left onto Sedgwick Road when you get off the ferry. We offer faculty-led (hosted) jams at different levels, both slow and intermediate tempos, with topics designed to appeal to a variety of interests in both the bluegrass and old time genres. We've taken pains to ensure that there will be fiddlers, guitarists, and players of other instruments on hand to join in. ABC also has a work/trade. Program that allows a small number of students to trade work for a discount in the student registration fee. In 2015 eight people had work/trade discounts and seemed to have a blast while providing invaluable labor. ABC has a small scholarship. Work/Trade Requirements and Amounts.
