At the end of a drive lined with plane trees lies an enchanting home offering elegance, comfort and architectural surprise in a peaceful situation with open views over hills and vineyards to the south and the shelter of wooded hills to the north. A medieval monastery once occupied this site, but was later replaced by a textile mill whose lofty buildings have been married with a traditional country house to create one of the loveliest properties in the region, complete with trout stream.
