Lunedì 9 aprile 2012. 65279;600 gr di farina. 1 cubetto di lievito di birra. 120 gr di burro. 350 ml di acqua tiepida. 200 gr di salamino. 100 gr di caciotta. 40 gr di parmigiano. 1 uovo per decorare. 1 uovo per spennellare. Ho mescolato farina, sale, lievito sbriciolato, pepe e burro sciolto e raffreddato. Ho aggiunto l'acqua gradualmente, impastato e lasciato lievitare coperto al calduccio per 2 ore. Lunedì 9 aprile 2012. FRATI (O CIAMBELLE FRITTE). 25g di lievito di birra. 60 ml di acqua tiepida. 350 ml di latte tiepido. 2 cucchiaini di sale. 800 ml di olio d'oliva. Ho sciolto il lievito nell'acqua tiepida, poi ho aggiunto tutti gli altri ingredienti tranne la farina, fino ad ottenere un composto liscio. Quando lo avrò ottenuto, aggiungo anche la farina in modo graduale. L'impasto ottenuto lo lascio riposare in un luogo tiepido coperto da un canovaccio per almeno un'ora. L'Angolo per Greta Forum.

La buccia grattugiata di un limone. Ho sciolto il lievito di birra con 100ml latte tiepido e un cucchiaio di zucchero. Giovedì 5 aprile 2012. Ecco i leggendari Baci di Dama! Sono facilissimi da fare, io li ho presi dal programma della Parodi. Ecco gli ingredienti:. 100g di cioccolato fuso. Ho fatto tostare in forno le mandorle senza farle sovrapporre nella teglia, appena cambiano colore vanno tirate fuori. Subito dopo le ho tritate nel mixer iniseme alle nocciole.
