Ok, so I have lost 16 kilos with no exercise. I have a gym membership, and why oh why do I find it hard to actually get there? I need to do a list to figure out why I am not going! WHY I SHOULD GO:. To keep going with the weight loss. To tone up. (Don't want to be a saggy baggy elephant). To feel better about myself. REASONS WHY I DON'T GO.

Dools and I went to se his parents, and I haven't seen them in about 6 months. The first thing his Dad said when he saw me was "You brought half a Josie! Weird hey.
