Snack Time with Em. Adventures of a former preschool teacher turned Mom. Wednesday, January 19, 2011. Back in junior high I clearly remember my mom saying after McGrails (our best friends) moved away, "I wish I could have a cup of coffee with Kris today! For some reason this never made sense to me until today. Since my mom drinks tea, I thought it was weird that she said coffee. I mean, why not just say, "I miss her! Saturday, January 15, 2011. He is the only 8 month old I have spent a lot of time with s...

Snack Time with Em. Adventures of a former preschool teacher turned Mom. Friday, July 29, 2011. The kids had freedom to do whatever they want and kids were running wild! When we got to the tractor he was super cute in his little "tractor pull" shirt and a photographer asked if she could take his photo sitting in it! It made me proud that he can stand out in a crowd just for being himself and loving tractors :). Exploring the scoop and sitting in the bulldozer shovel! Monday, July 25, 2011.

Having Hope: August 2013
http://patrickandstaceykelso.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 15, 2013. For those who are interested here is Declan's birth story:. We did end up staying the hospital an extra day because he was jaundice, premature, was tongue-tied and was losing weight but we had great care and support while we were there. This experience was vastly different from our first, we were able to sit back and relax a bit, take in the experience a little more since Declan's arrival was a little more controlled than Mia's. http://patrickandstaceykelso.blogspot.com/2015/06/our-baby-girl-has-arrived.html
Saturday, June 13, 2015. Our baby girl has arrived. So I woke Patrick up who proceeded to ask me what the matter was, then I went downstairs to head to the car and my mother (who was staying with us for the week-thank goodness! Asked me "What hurts? When I told her I was in labor! I don't want to do this again! Referring to not getting an epidural. Lets just say I'm not one to labor gracefully. At one point the nurse grab my arm and sternly told me in a loud voice I needed to get control! Grandma and her...

He claps his hands when he does it too, cause he knows he is a smart engineer! I'm also afraid Drew might have inherited this crazy balancing gene, here are a few examples:. Example Two: My grandpa balancing on the top of a telephone pole to capture an amazing shot of a train. End Result: became famous among his pals (terrifying to think of right! A lot in the next co...

Snack Time with Em. Adventures of a former preschool teacher turned Mom. Friday, October 21, 2011. I think this photo is hilarious because Drew really does look similar to my two favorite dolls from when I was little! Tuesday, October 18, 2011. Teacher note: Now I know. 2 We were annoyed when there was a snowy day and we wanted to go home early and the stay at home moms and dads still brought their kids in to school. Now I realize that every penny spent on a one person income needs to be well spent!
