Sabato 18 luglio 2015. La battaglia di Vinzaglio. Ispirato alla battaglia di Vinzaglio. 30 maggio 1859), nel corso delle operazioni piemontesi ad est della Sesia. In questo scenario le truppe austriache sono state aumentate, per rendere competitivo il combattimento. Il campo di battaglia è un’area di 180x120cm (3 pannelli 120x60cm affiancati). Il terreno è interamente pianeggiante, con campi e risaie (di puro significato estetico). Le siepi sono trattate come ostacoli lineari. Il paese è un paese piccolo.

Idem, come la prima. Riserva di corpo d’armata. 1 x unità di cavalleria [4]. 1 x unità d’artiglieria liscia. 18 unità ed 1 quartier generale. A livello di Corpo d’armata (su 2 divisioni, raramente su 3). 1] La brigata aveva un solo grosso reggimento di fanteria.

Sabato 8 agosto 2015. Confederate Troops Work In Progress. This is a particularly hard period for me so it is difficult to find time to paint miniatures. Furthermore our club is waiting for a new headquarter so to play it become harder than in the past. Considering that the game system works in a perfect way the authors decided to adapt it for American Civil War games. So I started to paint a couple of miniatures for test. Actually I prepared two men of Hood brigades . 1st and 5th Texas . War of the Roses.

Domenica 27 aprile 2014. Bolt action - first battle. Yesterday I played for the first time at Bolt Action. Ten of other club members started to play it times ago deciding to prepare their armies in 1/72 scale. I had not read the rule book but only seen some battles fought by other. The rules are easy and thanks to the patience of Giancarlo I was able to play. We chose a random scenario (ie maximum attrition).
