I'm sad to report that a Peace Corps Volunteer in Botswana was killed this past Friday. She died in an automobile accident. This is my shelf of last minute things i need before leaving the house. Bug spray, sun block, emergency phone numbers, dust masks and Tiana reminding me to take my phone. Summer rain in Toussiana. Burkinabe car. Mom and fam coming home from fields. One of the two buildings of my school. Four classrooms in that building.

Jon and i both got traditional outfits made for our swearing in. we leave for ouaga the next day and have a day for shopping there. we then set off for pissila on sunday!
