A guide to and a review of dining establishments in Laramie, Wy. Review of Jeffrey’s Bistro. We went to Jeffery’s for lunch and had no wait to be seated. Although the dining room was small it didn’t have a small feel to it. It was warm and pleasant with a nice decor including some work from local artists. Our service was good.
