On Friday 15th April I received a call asking did I still want an allotment. I moved in the next day. and this is what i've done. Tuesday, 14 June 2011. Didn't realise it had been so long since last entry. What's happened in that time? Lettuces and F1 spinach have shot up and started being eaten (by me and the bugs). Just been to allottment for a bit a weeding - first time in about 5 days which was weird as i'd been going every other day but i suppose that's because it's up and running now. During January 2015 all of the 4 J's managed to make it for a lovely lunch at the Trefloyne Manor. It was incredible value at around £17 ahead for the three courses. The food was tasty and the service good. We all would return and recommend to friends and family. Hummus and pitta bread. Duck in a filo pastry parcel. Pork meatballs in a thai curry sauce.
