Thursday, March 26, 2009. Getting fit in '09 update #11. I'm down 2 pounds this week :) I weigh 153, for a total loss of 18.5 pounds! I've hit my first mini-goal, which was 10% of my starting weight. I am so happy I have stuck with it, even during the hard weeks when I gained for no apparent reason. I'm half-way there.18 down, 18 to go! Things I did this week:. Sunday, November 30, 2008. Jason's parents, Dan and Donna, and his sister, Cassie, came to visit us for Thanksgiving this year. It was the first time Cassie and Dan got to meet Carter, and it's been about a year and a half since they saw Alex last! They only got to stay a couple of days, but every minute was worth it. Wednesday, May 20, 2009. Last weight update for a while. Things have been crazy here for a little bit. I found out a couple weeks ago that my cat, Layla, had diabetes. We decided to put her down and it was pretty hard on me. I went off of my diet and ate out a lot, and I am struggling to get back on track. I've only gained back 2 pounds, so I am not doing. Some fun facts from where I started:. My blood pressure was usually 120/80, had it taken today and it was 98/60! I have lost 7 inches off my waist.

I went to spend some time with my mom and Sandy and Done took care of the girls. They had an awesome time with Grandma and Grandpa.
