It's a great alternative to pasta. Which is my downfall since I'm a carboholic) and it's a vegetable. Which I'm very selective on which ones I eat since I hate most veggies lol). So for me spaghetti squash is a win win. However cooking it the same way every time can get boring so I am always looking for ways to spice it up.
