We Are Windows: First Snow
http://wearewindows.blogspot.com/2013/03/first-snow.html
But if we are living in the light, as God is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin. 1 John 1:7. Wednesday, March 27, 2013. Sorry to those who have already read this on L.A.R.K. Participating in four blogs takes up quite a bit of time, plus I'm working on a story I probably won't post on here due to it's length. If I don't post for awhile, please check out L.A.R.K. And Simply Sweet Suggestions. Gabe peeked through the cloud cover, ...

L.A.R.K. Book Reviews: The Wingfeather Saga by Andrew Peterson
http://larkwritersbookreviews.blogspot.com/2015/03/the-wingfeather-saga-by-andrew-peterson.html
Back to L.A.R.K. Saturday, March 21, 2015. The Wingfeather Saga by Andrew Peterson. There are four books all total, and although the first book starts out slow, the story only climbs from there. This may be the only series I've read where each book is better than the one before it. The books are extremely clean and are appropriate and enjoyable for almost any age. I personally hope to read them out loud to my kids someday. March 24, 2015 at 6:08 AM. Im in the process of reading this series right now!

L.A.R.K. Book Reviews: March 2014
http://larkwritersbookreviews.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Back to L.A.R.K. Monday, March 31, 2014. The sleepy, eastern Washington wheat town of Antioch has become a gateway for the supernatural—from sightings of angels and a weeping crucifix to a self-proclaimed prophet with an astounding message. The only thing I didn't like about this book was that I didn't agree with all the religous views held by the main character in the book. That annoyed me to a certain degree. Overall, I would give this book five stars. Recommended for ages 17 and up. Obviously, with a ...

L.A.R.K. Book Reviews: April 2015
http://larkwritersbookreviews.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Back to L.A.R.K. Wednesday, April 29, 2015. The Club of Queer Trades. A collection of six wonderfully quirky detective stories, featuring the 'mystic' former judge Basil Grant. Each story reveals a practitioner of an entirely new profession, and member of the Club of Queer Trades. There is nothing fundamentally wrong with this book but I don't necessarily recommend it. Proceed if you think it sounds interesting. 3 Stars. Ages 12 and up. Posted by Lydia Scott. Monday, April 20, 2015. Posted by Lydia Scott.

L.A.R.K. Book Reviews: The Underland Chronicles
http://larkwritersbookreviews.blogspot.com/2015/02/the-underland-chronicles.html
Back to L.A.R.K. Tuesday, February 24, 2015. When I first discovered The Underland Chronicles. At my local library I was very pleased. Seeing that they were written for a young age and fantasy I assumed they would be interesting, like Suzanne Collin's other books, The Hunger Games. Book 1/Gregor the Overlander: Why can't the Regalian's just let the poor kid take his baby sister home? Four Stars; Recommended for ages 10 and up. Posted by Lydia Scott. L.A.R.K. Book Reviews: Sherman's March
http://larkwritersbookreviews.blogspot.com/2015/04/shermans-march.html
Back to L.A.R.K. Monday, April 20, 2015. This book was one of the best written history books I have ever read. Burke did a masterful job weaving eyewitness accounts into one large and fascinating story. Sometimes I laughed, sometimes I felt sick. I felt as if I received a balanced perspective of everyone and was allowed to make my own decisions about whether or not they were a noble person. Five stars. Ages 15 and up. Posted by Lydia Scott.
