Connor and Maeve: End of Summer
http://josephconnor.blogspot.com/2013/12/end-of-summer.html
Thursday, December 5, 2013. We did go to the mall play area one day while we were waiting for the car to get an oil change. Maeve loved climbing through the play structures, and Connor met a few boys his age and were playing for quite a while. It's hardly much of a play area, but Connor always talks about it and how he wants to go back. I guess it doesn't take much to entertain kids! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Crawls like she's a speed demon. Feels the need to hold a toy in one hand while crawling. Furniture surfs like a pro. Eats everything that's put in front of her. Hates bedtime and puts up quite a battle to avoid it. Still wakes up several times per night to be comforted. Loves her Dad and laughs when she sees him.

Connor and Maeve: June 2013
http://josephconnor.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 17, 2013. It must have been the fastest year on record, because it doesn't seem like a whole year has passed since our Diva entered the world. In one short year, she went from this:. Maeve is also trying REALLY hard to talk. She babbles all the time, and has mastered the art of saying "Mama! Apparently it must ALWAYS be said with an exclamation point. She'll sometimes say it like she's Greek, almost like she's saying "Opa! Happy 1st Birthday, Maeve! Wednesday, June 12, 2013. At that point, E...

http://josephconnor.blogspot.com/2013/12/autumn-fest.html
Tuesday, December 17, 2013. For a little Fall fun, we met up with the Curtis Family one Saturday and went to Autumn Fest. In Bridgewater. This was the first year we went, and it was great! They have a ton of food from local restaurants (including our favorite, The Chatta Box. There were many business that had tents set up, and many of them had activities for the kids. They spent some time being creative and taking a break from the bright sun. It was a very fun day! We'll be sad to see Autumn end.

Connor and Maeve: January 2013
http://josephconnor.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 31, 2013. Good to know for future storms. Wednesday, January 30, 2013. I didn't get very many pictures of the kids opening up their presents on Christmas morning. I usually. My mom made a(nother) delicious Prime Rib dinner with twice baked potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce, and chocolate cherry flan cake for dessert. YUM. She did have a little time to cuddle with Maeve, in one of the rare moments when she took a nap. The power of a Grammy cuddle can get any baby to sleep! Connor spen...

Connor and Maeve: Duck Tours
http://josephconnor.blogspot.com/2013/12/duck-tours.html
Thursday, December 5, 2013. After Connor's surgery, we wanted to take advantage of the beautiful summer weather, but needed an activity that was low-key as well. Papa came up with the great idea of going on a Duck Tour! We met Meme, Papa, and Paige at the Museum of Science on a beautiful, sunny day. It was absolutely perfect for duck touring! Paige took it in stride, even laughing at herself afterward. It was a great day, and a great way to get to know Boston. It's such a great city! A diary of a mom.

Connor and Maeve: October 2012
http://josephconnor.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 25, 2012. What's a Boy To Do? What does a kid do when Mom is busy taking pictures of a middle school soccer game? He stomps on the bleachers:. He climbs up the giant hill to the parking lot:. He balances on the pavement:. He runs back down the hill:. He stops to think about his next move:. He plays with the chain link fence:. And then climbs back up the hill:. NOW can we go home, Mom? Tuesday, October 23, 2012. After pumpkin carving, Connor decided to help out with raking the leaves.
