Poets are so coarsely bred they believe in force-feeding, arranged marriages, predestined outbursts. any two tricks between words will do. it’s true, i, too, delight in being vulgar. yet once i was a boy of five years and one place, i didn’t even know the word Poetry existed; i had never read a poem: what did i do then?
