It feels more like club dancing than exercising. We go twice a week for an hour and it is so fun, fast moving and exciting, that the hour flies by! It is like a drug, and I am addicted! As our teacher Ms Georgina says, "You either really love it, or really hate it." Well, we love it! I leave class soaked with sweat! It is a blast!
