First time dog-sitting Brahms (while Nancy ,Robb and the children went to Drumheller). For the most part he was just great - loved playing in their backyard! Although he is still young he listens well and already knows to stay out of the garden beds. Laci's Surprise Birthday Party! Spent the evening at Kati and Morgan's celebrating Laci's Birthday. Kati S. was able to keep this year's party a secret and so it was a surprise party! A fantastic evening with good friends, great food and great times! Model Homes and flight home. After viewing the homes, it was back to the resort to enjoy some last minute time at the pool before having lunch and heading out to the airport. High River and Saskatoon Berry Farm. So, the girls met together to go exploring in High River today, among others we visited an Antique store where we had fun looking at unique items and enjoyed the ambiance of the store. We had to convince Judit that she didn't need this sofa. We stopped in at the Whistle Stop for lunch, where I treated myself to an old fashioned root beer float, veggie sandwich, and yes I also had soup. A few other neat items spotted in our excursion in High River. On the way home.

Canmore and the road home. Stopped in at Canmore on the way home for some more shopping and walking of main street. I had such a great time with great friends this weekend, with lots of laughs (especially the nutmeg story! Good memories and even the weather cooperated. Thanks for a fantastic weekend! A perfect day for a picnic. Julie and Steve invited a bunch of us to a picnic at their community lake in Sundance. From the yummy kolbasz, to watching swimmers training and Laci, Kati and her nieces on the paddle boat and watching Vincent and Eve play, enjoying the company and the weather, there was just the slightest breeze from the lake to keep it a perfect temperature - what a perfect day for a picnic! Picnic at Mom and Dads. Stopped at Mom and Dads during lunch time and ended up having a great picnic in their living room. Sunday, Mom and Dad, Nancy, Robb, Gabor and Aniko all came out to Sue and George's and we spent a lovely afternoon chatting and playing around.
