Sunday, July 12, 2015. 4th Annual Block Party. To celebrate the 4th of July we held our 4th Annual Block Party. I was hesitant to throw it this year at first, but David reminded me of how much I enjoy it once we do it. We passed out invitations SUPER LATE (like we only handed them out 6 days before the party) this year because time got the best of us, but we had our best turn out yet! So everyone once in awhile I just have to post something a little more raw in an effort to portray ALL aspects of our life! But he still had to write an apology letter to my mother. Tuesday, July 7, 2015. We got home from American Ninja Warrior, slept for 4 hours, and woke up to head off to the Cousin Friday that Leslie had planned. We were pretty tired, but the boys were surprisingly well-behaved all day long! Leslie has a friend that has a pool with a diving board and a slide that we used to swim for a few hours. The boys all loved it! After the boys did a few rounds the moms swapped places with them and took a turn jumping in while acting out being killed. It was hysterical!

Saturday, July 4, 2015. The one big drawback to working at Hansen Orthodontics instead of teaching preschool is that I don't have summers off anymore. Luckily I have the MOST AMAZING FAMILY EVER! Wednesday, July 8, 2015. Swimming, Swimming, and More Swimming. We LOVE having our pool in the backyard! Even though it isn't anything great, it provides enough fun for the kids to spend hours in during the summer. We swim with friends, we swim with our family, the boys swim by themselves. We love to swim, swim, swim during the summer! I don't get pictures of us swimming very often, but I thought I would compile them throughout the summer and do one post with all of them. Thursday, July 9, 2015. Zach and Mason Ogden were here for a week this summer staying with Grandma. While they were here Grandma invited everyone to go bowling. We had a great time! Everyone was excited to see Zach and Mason again! We sure miss having the Ogden's here with us in Vegas all the time. Sunday, July 5, 2015. For my mom's cousin activity Friday she scheduled us a tour of Bahama Bucks. Our cousins Maddie, Sophie, and Lillie came with us. Maddie babysits a boy that is right in between Logan and Brayden's age that came with us. Cannon was so nice and blended right in with the boys! Bahama Bucks is a snow cone place. We got a private tour before they opened for business that day. The kids all got to go inside their freezer and feel how cold it is. Then everyone got to make their own snow cone.
