Creamy coconut, rich caramel and crunchy pecans on top of a fudgy base.yum-o-liciously addictive! 1 stick butter, melted. 1 package German Chocolate cake mix. 3 cups powdered sugar. 1 8-ounce package cream cheese. 1/2 cup caramel bits. 1/2 cup shredded coconut. 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Friday, June 29, 2012. Another fun and fast recipe using the Progresso Recipe Starters cooking sauce. I got at BlogHer Food '12. I tweaked Progresso's recipe slightly, using Bisquick Heart Smart, instead of Original Bisquick, and adding shredded cheddar cheese along with the parm. The extra cheddar really bumps up the cheesiness and color. Progresso suggests serving these with a couple of dipping sauces, but Mike and I loved them plain or with just a little bit of butter. 2 cups Bisquick Heart Smart.

Friday, June 24, 2011. 24 Oreo halves, with cream filling attached. 2 1/4 cups flour. 1 teaspon baking powder. 1 stick butter, at room temperature. 1 2/3 cup sugar. 3 large egg whites, at room temperature. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1/2 cup milk (I used Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk). 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 20 Oreo cookies, broken into pieces. 2 sticks butter, softened. 1 1/2 to 2 pounds powdered sugar. 1 to 2 tablespoons milk (I used Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk). Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Friday, March 23, 2012. Along with the sugar, also bring the calorie count down. 1/2 cup Just Like Sugar. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spritz a mini-muffin pan with non-stick buttery spray. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Distribute the brownie dough evenly in the mini-muffin pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 2 minutes; then turn out onto a baking rack until completely cooled. Tuesday, March 20, 2012. Vegan Split Pea Soup.

Saturday, November 26, 2011. Super Simple Berry Cream Pie. I created this up during the busy holiday season, when we had family over and were looking for a sweet treat to round out our evening meal. It was extremely fast and easy to put together. No need to sweeten the whipped cream because the jam and crust are sweet enough. 1 pre-made 9-inch chocolate cookie crust. 1 jar berry jam (I used Crofter's Asia Superfruit Spread.
