My road to CrossFit competition. It is all in your head…. They say that the toughest battles creates the strongest soldiers. That the workouts in which you really break down, only make you stronger. That this point is necessary to overcome certain boundaries. And I am not talking about physical boundaries, purely about mental boundaries. That breaking point when you think you can do no more, but you can. I thought I already hit that point before, but I was wrong. My first CrossFit experience.

My road to CrossFit competition. The thing is, no matter how frustrated I get, it will not solve the problem. It might even make it worse, because with frustration you make your body and your muscles tense. Is there something I can change about it? Like this man. I absolutely respect this man in every single way. And this makes me cry every single time I watch it. So please watch it. and be inspired! Not every day is your best day. You can be totally convinced of something one day, and completely change your mind about it the next day. Or be stubborn and don’t admit that you changed your mind. those people also exist :’). Vergeet ook de chocolade niet (Tony’s Chocolonely. iets met zeezout…). Probeert zo gezond mogelijk te leven (maar pizza gooit altijd roet in het eten). My road to CrossFit competition. Een nieuw begin…. Het juiste pad terugvinden lukte mij niet, dus ging ik op zoek naar hulp. Google is my best friend en via Fitgirlcode kwam ik bij StrongFit terecht. Wat is StrongFit? De komende weken ga ik mijn vorderingen op mijn blog bijhouden. Elke week volgt er een verslag van mijn bevindingen. My road to CrossFit competition. Ik ben inmiddels alweer bijna 1 week bezig met het StrongFit programma. Ik merk aan mezelf dat er in 1 week veel kan veranderen. Niet zozeer fysiek, maar wel mentaal. Vandaag is mijn cheatday. Of althans, ik mag ‘losgaan’ tot 2300 kcal en mag de macro’s even loslaten. Dat gaat mij lukken, ik weet het zeker 😀 Ik ben klaar voor de tweede week. Hopelijk met dezelfde rust op het gebied van voeding, maar met aanzienlijk meer trainingen! Een nieuw begin…. Follow me on Instagram.
