Living the Good Life. Friday, August 21, 2009. One of our oldest and dearest friends in San Pedro is Curvin. He lived in San Pedro for several years, then moved to Sand Hill about two years ago to live with his father. Curvin is a tremendous artist and a great friend. He came from the mainland today to let us know that he is getting married and becoming a father for the first time soon. We wish Curvin and his new family all the best! Tuesday, March 3, 2009. Carnival was criziggity crazy! Too bad my Dad has all the pictures of me with paint on me on his computer in North Carolina. It's funny trying to explain to people that they will get their face painted during Carnival. The conversation goes something like this:. I'm going to get a butterfly on my cheek! No, you're going to get a bucket of paint on your head.". Yep, I think if anyone had a butterfly on their cheek it was just stuck in the paint. March 4, 2009 at 3:17 PM.
