Living Good in the Motherhood. Wednesday, January 9, 2013. I'm 36 weeks and 4 days today. My appointments with the doctor are weekly now, and we had a visit with her today. I'm 1 cm dilated, slightly effaced, minus 2 station. She is also head down. So, things are moving along as they should! I've had a lot more bh contractions this week, and I was thinking we would see some progress today. Exciting! 36 weeks 4 days. My sister-in-law Brittany also watched these in preparation for her first and loved them.
