The world according to David. Wednesday, July 31, 2002. You Are The Music While The Music Lasts. As I have mentioned before, I do shift work. I work two 12-hour day shifts followed. By two 12- hour night shifts followed by four days off. On the day shifts that fall on. Weekends, we (workers) have to wear office-type attire:business shirt, necktie-that. Sort of thing. With my brother,Phil his girlfriend Leanne and our father, and then another four days at home. It will be good, relaxing, and fine. I have often found that the holidays where I indulge in a mixture of doing things and not doing nothing things are the ones that I enjoy the most. I am reading Nick Hornby's Fever Pitch.
