It was a really nice way to spend his special day. The following Saturday we had Camden’s “Oh The Places You’ll Go” party. It wasn’t anything over the top, but we had some fun decorations, good food, and obviously some cake! It took me thirty three days, but I finished, completing the workout seventeen days in a row. And now, I bring you my "results". 30 day shred started 5/6/11. Chest 35.75”. L thigh 24.5”. Chest 35.5”. Hips 39.25”. Total results 30 day shred (33 days). Weight = -3.4 lbs. Inches lost= 6.5. I've lost 15.4 pounds. And 11.75 inches. I can live with that.
