December 31, 2011. 2012 will be the year to go further. The year to take all the changes I made in 2011 and crystallize them into our lives. Hubby and I will be starting a 30 Day Cleanse on January 2nd and I have to admit that I'm looking forward to it. I'm craving routine and structure. I will also be going back to work on January 3rd and I'm excited to be back at it. In the spirit on New Years traditions, here are my resolutions:. 1 Get back into the swing of working, exercising, and eating right.

June 12, 2012. Four Going on Fourteen. In just a couple days, Miss Cate will be turning four. Yikes! I still find it very hard to believe that I have been a mother for that long! It has become a bit of a tradition to throw large lavish birthday parties for the girls. May 27, 2012. 30 Minutes or Less. This weekend, my circle of friends and I competed at the Ottawa Race Weekend - Cate and I in the 2K and my hubby in the half marathon. yes, you heard that right! My friend, Katie, also achieved a life long dream of completing a full marathon - with an awesome time to boot. May 30, 2011. As for my weight loss efforts, I'm working hard to reach the original goal that I set for my friend's wedding (which is on Saturday! As of this afternoon, I am 3 lbs away from the goal. I will be cleansing again on Wednesday, so I'm hoping to reach it by Thursday AM. Crossing my fingers I will make, but regardless, I am sooo happy with my progress thus far. Hubby, on the other hand, has completely surpassed his first, second AND third goals. He has lost an incredible 74lbs! May 28, 2011.
