Laura Carter has been painting with watercolours for well over thirty years, and from the beginning has found it an easy medium to fall in love with. Throughout her career, she has taught in group and one-on-one settings. She combines her background as a secondary school teacher with a mastery of the watercolour medium, including some of her own unique painting techniques, to challenge and inspire beginning to advanced artists.

Niche Blog Strategy: A Reflection. February 17, 2011. In my food and drink blog. I aimed to review bars and restaurants in Cardiff and promote a different food or drink recipe each week. This purpose did not change as I got going, as when I hadn’t done a review, I just put up an extra recipe post. The media I used in my posts were mostly my own original pictures but I also used videos of myself cooking dishes and created and imbedded my own google maps to show the location of the establishments I reviewed.
