Sunday, 30 May 2010. Set her up, whilst winding her up, hoping shes going to run faster, then release way too early out of position and get E'd at number 3. thats right. I wanted someone to just shoot me. I literally think a clear would of been enough. Kill me! Yes annoying, but luckily Rodney is 100% ok. With his run I am sure it would of put him in the top 5. Sunday, 24 January 2010. So finally after all my complaining of not getting to do any training, I was lucky enough to train both Saturday and Sunday this weekend. So even without using a dummy, Rod was fantastic. We did push throughs, all different types of tight turns and Rod was just great :). Saturday night was Helens Party woop! Next weekend hopefully get to do some more training, really need to do a bit of work on my dog walk and see-saw. Then the weekend after is Waldridge Fell Show :). Recovering ...

Wednesday, 23 June 2010. Ok, so ive been a bit busy since my last post. After Hinckley weekend we then had Thames. I love Thames show! Thanks to Lucy being a member of Thames Club, we got camping right next to the rings :) Thanks to Andrew Dicker we also got elec hook up :). Monday, 26 April 2010. First run of the weekend, about 270 dogs in the 1-7 jumping, he came 3rd. Here is the run below. We also had another place or two through out the day. Here below is Rodneys agility run from Sunday. Nearly show time again :-). Feb 27th, 2011 at 7:12 PM. One week to go till our first agility show of the year! It seems so long since we last competed and we are sure to be rusty as hell. but I can't wait! Its been such a such a long wet winter! He is his normal bouncy self is eating properly and is now back working :-) but we are constantly on watch incase the symptoms reoccur - yet are hopeful it was some strange prolonged gastro bug! Woody as usual is his normal unflappable self at Flyball!

April 11th, 2011. Apr 11th, 2011 at 11:30 AM. Our first show of the year finally arrived and what a lovely weekend we had, the weather was stunning and to top it off, Mika ran well :-). Over the winter I have spent a lot of time changing my handling as I want to achieve tighter turns. I have also been on a diet since January and so far have lost 2 stone 8 pounds! But I was very pleased how It all came together at the show! As the video below shows, I ran! Ive obviously had a lot of help in my complete ch...

Jul 14th, 2010 at 8:11 PM. NOt much to report again Agility wise from the weekend, We only managed one clear round between us! Video below), But they all worked nicely with just minor mistakes. Mika did a lovely round in the 4-7 Agility but just took a pole out on the last few jumps and Woody decided a snake was easier than a pull through! Here is the video of Jon and Lenny in the Grade 3 Agility They lost a bit of time with a very wide start into the tunnel but a great round nether-a-less :-).

Apr 26th, 2011 at 2:14 PM. Just a quick post to add a video of some of Mika's and Lenny's runs from Easter. Mika is now much more responsive to run and we managed some lovely tight turns. as well as some very. very .wide ones! Ha ha lots to work on, mainly my handling ;-). OHHH and the most important news is that Jon and Lenny won the Gr.4 jumping beating the time of the Gr5's by over a second too :-), this is Lenny's 2nd win towards grade 5 so im sure it wont be long now! 3 comments Leave a comment.

Mar 6th, 2011 at 7:11 PM. Well I spoke too soon in my last blog post! Last Tuesday Lenny relapsed and we rushed him into the vets who admitted him for emergency surgery! When they opened him up they found a massive piece of rubber cage ball in his small intestines which they removed and we picked him up the next day. Jan 16th, 2011. Well it seems like ages since i've last posted on here! Mainly because there's not been much going on! We have had the winter off Agility and Flyball shows and have been instead enjoying long walks with the dogs, we are so lucky to live in Wiltshire, such beautiful countryside on our doorstep :-). Inca had her hip scored last week so we are now impatiently awaiting the results, the vet said they looked good but its always a nervous wait! Laura, Rodneys owners blog (dyl baby).

Update on the last couple of months! Sep 21st, 2010 at 3:53 PM. I Know I Know I should be shot for not updating this blog sooner especially when there is so much to tell! I just never seemed to have had the time! Hummm The British Flyball Championships back in August were as great as usual. We arrived Friday night and took full advantage of the entertainment and the bar! I booked Northdowns before realizing that Jon wouldnt be able to come as he was going to a concert the night before so I caught a lift to the show with Laura (thanks Chudders) but decided to only take 3 dogs as Lauras van is smaller than mine.
