Sunday, August 2, 2015. The latest family history project. The latest project: Mapping my chromosomes. This is fascinating- and time consuming. Just what I need, another time consuming project! Anyway, it's very interesting stuff. Once you get your chromosomes mapped to your ancestors, then it makes it easier to identify how you're related to people. For instance, the lady who sent me a message on ancestry.com and wanted help figuring out how we're related? It sure narrows the focus of where to look.
