Monday, May 30, 2011. Before that though, I will reflect on the last few weeks. CE IV flew by like a whirlwind, with moving home from Conway and Leah's graduation weekend thrown in the mix of all the clinical assignments and paperwork. Since the clinical was in Ward, I spent much of my "spare" time on the road to and from work. I am definitely looking forward to this next one being in Monticello! She had her first shower on May 22nd at Center and received an extreme amount of gifts!

Monday, February 27, 2012. After a fun weekend in Fayetteville, I then got to celebrate my birthday with my family on January 25 (Tuesday night) after work. My family went all out as always and kicked a huge birthday dinner of turkey nuggets, mashed potatoes, and several vegggies. My sister made my favorite cake, cookie cake! I had no idea! Sunday, February 12, 2012. Honeymoonin with The Lyon's. After a wonderful wedding, Brandon and I pulled onto the highway and let out the largest sigh of relief in my life! It felt so good to be headed off for a week of vacation with my HUSBAND! First stop, the Peabody in Little Rock. Brandon had reserved the Vice Presidential suite, but we got an upgrade to the Presidential suite since it was unoccupied! The pictures don't do the two-story room justice, but it was large! This is the view from our bedroom!

Just my point of view. Saturday, March 31, 2012. I've said it many times before - I love my job. There's nothing better than seeing that light bulb click on during a day's lesson. Nothing better than watching one of my students work and work and finally "get" it. I love my job. But it does have hazards. As much as I enjoy being around my kiddos, I must say that a classroom is like a petri dish - a steamy, gross germ-garden. I keep my classroom. Teachers deserve hazard pay when viruses are going around.
