Favorite Blog - Lunch Break. Favorite Christmas Card - My cousin Karen's - She and her husband Larry just gave birth to two boys after having three girls. Her card read "We are tinkled "pink" that we are finally having a "blue" Christmas! Favorite Book - Cutting For Stone by Abraham Verghese. Favorite Movie - Blind Side.

The Art of 50. Friday, September 14, 2012. I needed a vacation.a break. A refresher before plunging back into school. And what promises to be a demanding student teaching schedule. So off to Vegas we went. Where we enjoyed some of this. And some time with this one. In the end I am not sure it was really much of a break. Vegas is always, well, hectic.
