The antics of a fuzzy pup. Saturday, July 14, 2012. Well, I haven't updated in so long that they've totally changed the Blogger format and I can't find anything! So far the highlight of the summer has been a two week long visit from my nieces (my brother and sister in law came, too) and an entire week at the cabin! Photos soon from that trip. but for now. our purchase of the day - a kiddie pool! It's a little small, but it's a nice way to cool off on a hot July day! You go first. no, you go first.

The antics of a fuzzy pup. Saturday, August 27, 2011. He's spoiled already. we didn't let Riley on the couches at all when she was little. (we do now, though). Snoozing on the car ride home. Meeting big sister, Riley, for the first time. Riley has a new baby brother! Huck is the one on Tom's lap, getting stepped on by one of his sisters.). The antics of a fuzzy pup. Tuesday, January 21, 2014. And the following night, as the dogs slept on the couch and ottoman, a mouse ran into the living room, stopped to make eye contact with me, and scurried under the couch - where Tom was sitting reading his book. The exterminator comes back tomorrow. but I'll take my small victory, we caught that bugger today, and, I've had lots of fun looking for new (mouse-free) houses online! The antics of a fuzzy pup. Thursday, March 20, 2014. Another non-dog related post. but here are three things on my mind, in no particular order. 1. Spring! Next Fall I'm making a grade level switch. Sixth grade is moving to the Junior High (will be Middle School) after next year, and I'm not waiting around to see if there's an opening for me at that point. I have only taught 5th and 6th grade, so this will be a big jump and quite the challenge, but I'm super excited about it! Enjoying the Small Things.

Tracy had the St. Anthony girls (and families) over for a pizza dinner early in the week, I got to see some teacher friends for lunch at Panera, had a movie afternoon and dinner with Jess, Jess and Sarah, met Tom for lunch in Uptown, and rang in the new year at home with some of Tom's friends and a huge pot of homemade pheasant wild rice soup last night. Huck likes to keep me company while I work. He also helps me keep up on my magazine reading :).
