HOW I WORK TALK THERAPY/ENERGY THERAPY. I operate within traditional talk therapy but with an advanced twist. Soon I will have finished my MA (Masters of Counselling Psychology) it’s been very intensive work, but it means that I have a rich amount of research material at my fingertips to share. I’m also experienced in the energy therapies EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and TAT (Tapas Acupressure Techniques). Both therapies are very relaxing. They integrate really well with talk therapy, and wow.

The Charlestown Breachway Campground … It’s basically a dirt parking lot with no electricity, no water hookup and no sewer but with views like this for $20 a night it has become my favorite place.
