Laura has always had a strong passion for botanical florals and loves nothing more than sitting down to paint a delicate flower in watercolours. She was trained in textile design and has since developed her work into a beautiful collection of handpainted pieces, mixing traditional techniques with contemporary design.

The Inner Workings of a Buka. Saturday, September 3, 2011. I have missed writing immensely. It truly purges the soul and refines your thoughts through polishing them again and again. I do keep a journal, but I plan on using this more for a platform for ideas and essays. I'm an essayist, did you know? I write on topics because I enjoy it. I've not been published other, than by me, nor have I been widely read. Also, the title is self-imposed. But there you have it. I will write here and here.
